HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY JULIA!

We celebrated Julia's 6th birthday on Thurs. I would of posted that day, but Brian woke up and wanted to go to Disneyland for the weekend. I had a free night from hotels.com, and it was Brian's Friday off. We had such a good time taking it slow.

Here are some pics of Julia's Birthday Weekend!

11 Year Anniversary

Yesterday, Brian and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary. It was the first time Brian and I have been out by ourselves with no children in over a year! My good friend was able to watch all 3 kiddos, while we went to our favorite restaurant Tahoe Joes! To top off the night, we went to Hobby Lobby. We were actually able to scope out the whole store for a hour, without kids crying in our ear. It felt like the good ole days! Anyhow, I feel so bless to have the best husband in the world!

My special delivery yesterday afternoon~ Yummy!

Found this chalkboard at Hobby Lobby. Girls were complaining that they
couldn't reach to draw their pic on it.
Brian was the 1st to use it.
P.S.- Can you guess what movie this is from??
I got it 1st Try :)

Yolie showered the girls with
gifts when she came to visit.

Canning Again

Its been awhile since I was able to canned again. I had all of these awesome pictures step by step on how to do these dilly beans. When I went to upload, I somehow lost only those. So maybe next time! They came out awesome like usual, and Brian only request was add more garlic (He likes to eat pickled garlic).
I talk to my pomegranate connection, and hopefully I can still get a box to make my jelly this year. We shall see....

Brian and I are trying to eat healthier for our New Years Resolution. One of the things is cutting our meat in half. Not only are you eating less meat, but saving money also. We really haven't even missed the other half of the meat I took out of the dish. This week, I used 1lb of  hamburger for baked spaghetti, and then Okinawa Taco Rice. It was healthy, awesome, and cheap! Here is the link if you want to check it out.

~ Girls loved it! Only thing I changed was the lettuce. I prefer to
use cabbage for more crunch and flavor!
