School Begins

Monday was Julia's first day of 1st grade. She was so excited about starting school again. Joy is also doing a little school work too. We finally received our kitchen table and laid the sod.

Our Beagle Lily died in Nov., and Skippy has not been doing

well since then. We decided to get another dog, so he would have a buddy.

Betsy is a Queensland heeler. She is 8 months.

Pancake Sausage Muffin

 

Pancake-Sausage Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
( I used the buttermilk)1 1/2 cups milk or buttermilk2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 pound cooked turkey sausage (or nine sausage links, cut in half)
Real grade B maple syrup

 

* My family loved these, with a few request. Next time I am going to use white flour, and use the Jimmy Deans maple sausage roll. They want more sausage! Also Brian wants them in jumbo muffin pans.



Our New Home

Its been awhile since I have had a chance to post. Moving is not a easy thing, with 3 little ones.  I feel so blessed that God has allowed us to purchase this beautiful home. I will update you with more pics of the house as we finish each room. I am still waiting on a kitchen table and some sod. Otherwise, the backyard and kitchen would be finished.
